Human Hibachi 2: Feast in the Forest brings home Best Feature Film at the New Jersey Horror Con and Film Festival. In 2023, Human Hibachi: The Beginning which was made as short film and a prequel to the original won Best New Jersey / New York Film. HH3 features horror icons Debbie Rochon and Lloyd Kaufman, as well as returning cast members Jeff Alpert, Wataru Nishida, and Stafford Chavis. The Human Hibachi movies have been picked up for worldwide release by the legendary Troma Entertainment, which has helped them reach a global audience. The first movie sold DVDs in at least 13 different countries, and the second movie added even more, bringing the total to at least 14 countries at that point.
