5150 follows the story of best-selling novelist Autumn, Carmen, a famous actress, Desiree, a housewife, and Cami, Autumn’s step-sister. When Cami’s long time mental illness becomes uncontrollable, Autumn places her on an involuntary 5150 psyche hold. Once released, Cami disappears. Filled with rage and vengeance, she resurfaces two years later only to extort the women and threaten to release their deepest, darkest secrets, which can destroy their lives. In order to protect their fame and fortunes, the three friends must execute a gruesome act and the thin line between insanity and sanity gets blurred.
