We seem to be a “trailer” obsessed society. We have trailers FOR trailers in the way of teasers. One kind of trailer that I think has been largely overlooked, is the book trailer. Books can be some of the hardest forms of entertainment to inform their audience about. Movie trailers usually do their best to set tone and atmosphere and moviegoers have a fair amount of information to base their purchasing decision around. That being said, I love book trailers, and no the irony is not lost on me that we are using a visual medium to promote a book… STILL… enjoy M.F. Wahl’s trailer for Disease.
