I’ve always had a huge amount of respect for Alice Cooper. Its not easy for an artist to constantly reinvent themselves while still retaining the core of what appealed to their fans in the first place. In that sense Cooper has always had a pretty good handle on the industry, what he represents as a performer and how to separate the two. In a recent interview with Loudwire, Cooper talked about which performers were able to strike that balance and represent rock and roll and horror at the same time. Cooper’s ‘Constrictor’ and ‘Raise Your Fist and Yell’ both had some big impact on me when I was a young horror fan so I for one enjoyed this. Watch the interview below!
