Apparently we were not alone at Horrorfix in our love for the 10th  season of Fox’s X-Files. Although a bumpy ride for some viewers who found the 6 episode event season uneven in tone, we found last years return to be true to form. it appears we were one of many as ratings were strong enough to throw around rumors o a season 11 as soon as the season cliffhanger aired.
For months a possible return to Fox’s lineup was teased but scheduling conflicts among other holdups had fans looking beyond 2018 for the series 11th season. Well as of this evening Fox has confirmed that Duchovny, Anderson and series creator Chris Carter are all returning, and the wait won’t be long. Ten brand spankin new episodes will be headin our way this 2017-18 television season. Both Anderon and Duchovny took to the Twitterverse to confirm just minutes after the new season was announced. Rejoice x-philes!!! The Truth is STILL out there and hitting our television sets this fall on FOX!!!
