Will Savive Returns With Season 3 of Midnight Stories

Original horror anthology pairs human storytelling with AI visuals in complete episodes of roughly two minutes

Long Island author and independent filmmaker Will Savive has launched Season 3 of Will Savive’s Midnight Stories, an original horror anthology built around choices and their consequences. The new season began October 27. Savive writes the stories, performs the narration and edits the finished episodes, using AI-assisted visuals to bring his scripts to the screen.

Each episode tells a complete story in roughly two minutes, with 2:17 A.M. recurring throughout the series. The short format gives viewers a self-contained story with its own ending. Human decisions drive the anthology: what a character chooses becomes the basis for what happens next, connecting the episodes through a shared focus on consequences rather than a continuing plot.

The production process begins with the story and script. Savive establishes the characters, decisions, clues and ending before developing the visual material. He then creates imagery to match the story and combines it with his recorded narration in the edit. Image selection, pacing, continuity and the final cut remain part of his work on each episode. AI-assisted visual production is one stage within that process.

An example is “Country of Origin,” Season 2, Episode 8, in which an impossible passport at JFK Airport turns a routine arrival into a warning about the future. Savive has selected the episode as the current press sample, offering new viewers an introduction to the anthology alongside the newly launched third season. Midnight Stories can be watched at willsavive.com/midnight-stories, on YouTube, and on Savive’s Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn pages.

The series continues Savive’s work across books, music, and screen storytelling. He is the author of Mentally Ill in Amityville. His AI horror film Nomed Station, adapted from his own novel, was released in May 2025. Midnight Stories brings his writing, narration and editing together in a short-form anthology, with an original, standalone narrative in each episode.

Savive reports 150,000 cumulative series views across platforms. His Facebook fan page has more than 16,000 followers, and his website receives approximately 2,200 visitors per month. A previous PopHorror interview explored the anthology and his approach to AI-assisted visual production. Episodes and further information are available through the Midnight Stories series hub.
