THE DEMON DETECTIVE
A supernatural sleuth must unearth the link between a demonic possession and his tortured past in new mystery occult horror starring Vivica A. Fox, Tom Virtue, Adrienne Barbeau and Doug Jones
Call The Demon Detective for a fun new supernatural mystery horror, perfect for fiendish fans of Hellboy, Constantine and the Harry Dresden series.
From award-winning writer-director T.C. De Wit (Star Trek: Legacies, Blade: Heart of Darkness) comes a new paranormal chiller set to arrive on UK digital 17 August, courtesy of Miracle Media. The film sees genre icons Doug Jones (Pan’s Labyrinth, The Shape of Water) and Adrienne Barbeau (The Fog, Escape from New York) star alongside a talented ensemble including Dustyn Gulledge (Silicon Valley), Eugene Young (Squid Game), Vivica A. Fox (Independence Day, Kill Bill Vol. 1) and Tom Virtue (Even Stevens, Green Book).
Miles Mako (Gulledge) is a Catholic outcast turned supernatural exorcist for hire who makes his living banishing ghosts, spectres and dark spirits back to hell alongside his right-hand man, Pin (Young). When a new client, Clara, encounters a demonic presence, she recruits the supernatural sleuth, but Miles soon begins to realise that this case and other recent investigations may have a dark connection to the traumatic childhood he buried long ago.
In his quest to connect the dots between the past and present, Miles must come face-to-face with the very evil he’s spent his whole life running from.
The doors to hell are open, can The Demon Detective close them in time to save his soul?
On digital 17 August from Miracle Media
