I really dig the first A Quiet Place. Horror relies far more on audio than most casual fans realize, so, for a movie to focus on sound and make it its central element, well… hats off to Krasinski and crew for giving us one of the more memorable horror films of the last decade.
A movie where every piece of dialog counts, unfortunately didn’t give us a lot of opportunity to explore its back story.
That seems to be changing as the full trailer dropped for A Quiet Place 2 and we were treated to a whole lotta chaos and destruction as the trailer gave us plenty to look at it detailing the events prior to what we saw in the first film. Strap in and watch out for those runaway buses!!!
