“The Behemoth”

Black Mandala proudly presents THE BEHEMOTH, a chilling cult horror film directed by Kai Edmund Bogatzki. Set against the stark isolation of a remote mountain ski resort, where endless snow and silence conceal ancient secrets, the film invites audiences to confront their deepest fears. Drawing inspiration from Lovecraftian mythology, THE BEHEMOTH explores how blind faith, spiritual desperation, and the human longing for meaning can awaken unspeakable evil.

Rebecca and Ryan retreat to a secluded mountain cabin in search of peace, where they are welcomed by Christine, their seemingly kind and supportive host. What begins as a quiet escape soon unravels into a nightmare as unsettling events tied to a long-forgotten cult, the Servants of Blood, begin to surface. As Christine attempts to flee a toxic relationship, she is abducted and prepared for an apocalyptic ritual. Rebecca, caught between love and mounting terror, discovers that she and Ryan are not mere witnesses, but essential pieces of the cult’s design.

From Christine’s body is born Behemoth, an ancient demon driven by bloodlust and domination. Once unleashed, the creature turns violently against its own followers, leaving a trail of brutal destruction. To survive, Rebecca must face her inner demons, betray the cult that ensnared her, and confront the monstrous entity she unknowingly helped bring into existence.

THE BEHEMOTH is a relentless descent into cosmic horror, where devotion becomes damnation and salvation demands an unthinkable price.
