“Anyone who appreciates horror should find something to smile at here. There’s something touching to the idea that the end of the world might unleash leadership qualities in those who’ve had a rough time existing in the old one.”
– Joshua Rothkopf, Los Angeles Times“Tina Romero’s delightful feature debut is a horror comedy chock-full of fun and meaningful ideas. By filtering familiar hallmarks through a distinctly queer story, she channels the genre’s uglier leanings into a glamorous farce with a beating heart.”
– Siddhant Adlakha, Variety“A riotous, fiercely independent feature debut, presenting a shimmering new color in the horror comedy spectrum. It’s a crowd-pleasing feast of genre and laughs that’s destined to become a perennial favorite.”
– Phil Nobile Jr., Fangoria
