The Bad Visitor 2 Digs Deeper into Obsession and Paranoia

Breaking Glass Pictures Announces Worldwide Release August 1, 2025
If you missed the announcement, now’s the time to lock in a screener for one of summer’s most chilling thrillers.Breaking Glass Pictures is proud to bring Omar Rogers’ psychological sequel The Bad Visitor 2 to digital platforms worldwide on August 1, 2025.

A suspense-filled follow-up to the indie breakout, The Bad Visitor 2 ups the intensity with a slow-burning descent into trauma, trust, and terror.

Still reeling from their past, David (Omar Rogers) and Vanessa (Angielethia Carter) attempt to start over at a remote lakeside retreat—but someone isn’t done with them yet. When strange signs begin to surface, they must face the truth: Julie may never have truly left.

Featuring standout performances by Jasmine Craib and Kerry Sidberry, the film echoes genre classics like Sleeping with the Enemy and Obsessed, blending emotional tension with unrelenting suspense.

The first Bad Visitor was a breakout success — it really connected with audiences and found strong momentum after release,” said Rich Wolff, CEO of Breaking Glass Pictures. “We’re excited to partner with Omar again for the next chapter. This sequel raises the stakes while staying grounded in the intense emotional tension that made the first so compelling.

With echoes of Obsessed and Sleeping with the Enemy, The Bad Visitor 2 explores toxic relationships, buried trauma, and the terrifying idea that danger doesn’t always die—it waits.

“I’m incredibly grateful for the response to The First Bad Visitor and thrilled to be teaming up with Breaking Glass Pictures again. Rich and his team have been phenomenal partners, and I’m excited to dive even deeper into the world we created. We’re taking things up a notch in this next chapter, while keeping that raw, emotional intensity people loved.”
