The way I see it, horror aint nuthin without the legions of fans who put their own blood sweat, tears and well more blood back into the genre. Horror is one of the few genres in fact that can not only survive, but thrive on the micro-budget film-making plan. This week’s foray into home-grown horror comes from the midwest as we give you hungry Fixers a taste of Poorhouse, a Springfield IL based shocker. Fully funded by the filmmakers themselves and starring a cast of local actors who have volunteered their free time, give the trailer a looksee and support local horror!!!
