Horror fans, prepare to enter the Hollow. Blood Hollow, an independent horror feature from Versus Filmworks, features legendary genre actor Jeffrey Combs, best known for his iconic performances in Re-Animator, From Beyond, and The Frighteners. Fans can view the promotional trailer now on YouTube.
Directed by independent filmmaker Ven Scott, and co-written by Tracee Beebe (The Mortuary Assistant, Date From Hell) Blood Hollow follows Casey as she fights to save her best friend and escape an abandoned haunt while a masked lunatic hunts them through its dark corridors. As the nightmare intensifies, Casey must confront the horrors lurking in the shadows—and within herself.
“Independent horror gives filmmakers the freedom to take chances, create memorable characters, and bring something personal to the screen,” says Scott. “With Blood Hollow, we’ve built a world of dread and visceral horror. Now we’re working to give the film its polish as we prepare for the final steps.”
