Knogjärn is known for their uncompromising and heavy sound with emotional and aggressive lyrics, something they perfectly executed on their EP “Tungrott” earlier this year.
But the new single “Aldrig Mer” (“Never again”)hits a little bit different.
It features a more melodic and softer Knogjärn, and it is a strong and emotional ballad backed up by the heavy drums and the powerful lyrics we’ve come to love the band for.

It’s not just a song about exclusion, but also about rectification and taking control over your own situation in life.”

ABOUT KNOGJÄRN
With its explicit Swedish lyrics and an emphasis on the “Hard” in Hard Rock, the unique sub-genre of Swedish Hard Rock is something you’ve got to love.
Knogjärn are a band with their heart and soul buried deep within this genre. Their take on melodic hard rock combined with heavier elements from hardcore and metal makes Knogjärn into the perfect music to shake of yesterday and move into the future with.

Since the start in 2015, Knogjärn has delivered nothing but sonic raging anger with an unapologetic, IN-YOUR-FACE attitude. The foursome drops super-charged records, but they hit even harder when on stage: “We want you to like our live performance even if you don´t like our music”, the band states.
Their records are the testimony that Knogjärn always give 100%! Hard’n’heavy riffs with raging vocals and explicit lyrics speak beyond their vernacular, beloved by their ever-growing crowd of fans, who has already started to cover themselves in Knogjärn-tattoos.
Knogjärn signed with Indie Recordings late 2020, and releasing the EP “Kvarlevor” and re-releasing their latest album “Stora och Farliga” shortly after.
Spring 2022 Knogjärn dropped their latest release, the EP Tungrott!
The band’s first two singles Hur många dagar kvar and Du väljer själv vad du dricker hit a powerful note with their engaged and active fans.
With melodic guitars and backing vocals countering the brutal and powerful riffs and drums, Knogjärn manages to captivate, and grab hold of their audience in a way that forces you to listen!
